Iglesia Gótica de Santa María la Blanca

This Gothic style church built during the 15th century with granite masonry elements is composed of three naves. These are separated from each other by two Gothic semicircular arches and its ground plan is basilical. At the foot of the temple stands a tower, which follows the marks of the primitive Cistercian towers with three bodies and whose base has a ribbed vault portico. Inside the temple there is an altarpiece attributed to the sculptor Churriguera and a small hermitage in honor of the Santo Cristo del Socorro. This hermitage of popular tradition was built in granite wall, consists of a single nave and a belfry of small dimensions.
