About this stage
Even though there are still three stages to go until we reach Compostela, today’s is the last one that belongs purely to the Northern Way, since once we arrive in Arzúa, we will merge with those pilgrims coming from the French and Primitive ways. This means that we should relish the walk, enjoying the quietness of the Atlantic forests and the peace of the country paths.
Recommendation Pilgrim
Like the previous two, this stage also presents no difficulties for cyclists and people with reduced mobility. However, those who prefer to connect with the Camino Francés earlier can take the CP-0603 in Boimorto instead of continuing towards Sendelle, as far as O Pino.

Km 0 ‧ Sobrado dos Monxes
From the famous monastery, we join road AC-934, turning left one kilometre ahead towards Pousada, Nogueira and Toques. Through local tracks, we will walk past the hamlet of Pontepedra and, later, Vilarchao, where we take a forest path, passing by O Peruxil and O Castro, in San Lourenzo de Carelle parish, and leading to the main road again. We will continue on tarmac all the way to the municipality of Boimorto, precisely to the palce of Corredoiras.

Km 8,5 ‧ As Corredoiras
We cross the road and continue along the AC-234, heading towards San Miguel de Boimil parish church.
Km 9,9 ‧ Boimil
From here, we keep going until we reach Boimorto. By the local health centre, we turn left towards Sendelle, some four kilometres away.
Km 14,8 ‧ Sendelle
Here, we can visit the parish church in honour of Saint Mary, a 12th century shrine that houses beautiful paintings of the Last Judgement and the Last Supper. We continue along the road towards Vilar, tuening left shortly after leaving Sendelle. At Viladavil, we leave the road behind to take a parallel path, passing by O Viso just before finally reaching Arzúa.
