The Travel Experience is a set trip for a specific section of the Camino. Of course, if the person receiving the gift wants to add any extra services not included in the Experience, they can easily request them through a Pilgrim agent
The Magic Box allows the recipient to choose which Camino they’d like most from a selection of packaged experiences included in the catalog inside the box. They can also enhance their experience with additional services if they wish, or even upgrade to the Pilgrim Selection Box by paying a supplement.
Finally, the Gift Card is the most flexible option. Not only does it offer the longest validity period for redemption, but it also allows the recipient to fully customize their trip, choosing the Camino that appeals to them most along with all the necessary services. The value of the Gift Card will be deducted from the total cost of their booking.
To use a Gift Card, you just need to follow three simple steps:

- 3. You can now use the amount of the card directly on our website at the time of payment.

Yes, it is possible to buy a trip with a higher amount, as the value of your Gift Card will simply be deducted from the total cost of the trip and you will only have to pay the difference.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive the amount of your Gift Card in cash.
Unfortunately, gifted trips cannot be cancelled. However, in the case of travel Experiences and Magic Boxes, it is possible to extend their validity one more year by paying a supplement indicated by Pilgrim.
The validity of Gift Cards can be extended by an additional year at no extra cost, provided it is requested before the end of the initial 12-month validity period.
If your gifted trip has already been redeemed, that is, if you have already given Pilgrim a specific travel date and the management of your package has begun, an additional modification fee of €25 to €60 will apply, depending on the number of nights in your booking.
From the moment any of our gifts (Experience, Magic Box or Gift Card) becomes a booking, it will, for all purposes, be subject to the terms defined in our “General Conditions” except for the refund policies, as no refunds are applicable in these cases.
Unfortunately, gifted trips are not transferable, although you can take as many companions as you wish. The holder of the booking must always be the person who is the beneficiary of the gift.
