2. Purpose
These conditions shall regulate the use that the Owner makes available to users of the Website, which may be modified without prior notice, so it is recommended that you consult them periodically, especially when you intend to make use of products and/or services.

Access to the website is free and confers the status of User on anyone who accesses it, who may access the content or even contact its administrators.
