It has been standing since 1947, right next to the Avenida de Andaluc\u00eda, and was designed and built by the stonemasons of the area. It is a church composed of a single nave of four sections with attached chapels and bell tower. Its main chapel is protected and covered by a dome of half orange, being this supported on pendentives. The rest of the temple is covered by a barrel vault with lunettes and the image of Christ Crucified, located on the main altar and considered the patron saint of Almaden. It also houses the images of Our Lady of Grace and the Divine Shepherdess, altarpieces facing each other in another of its chapels.
