It had twelve mounted cannons and a capacity of\n                  up to 96 people.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                  In front of it, we find the castle of the Prince in the Ameixenda that, together\n                  with the previous one, formed an exceptional pair to achieve the best protection\n                  of the villas.\n                <\/p>\n              <\/div>\n              <img decoding=\"async\"\n                loading=\"lazy\"\n                src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pilgrim.es\/web\/caminos\/camino-fisterra-muxia\/pueblos\/corcubion\/puntos-de-interes\/castillo-del-cardenal.jpg\"\n                alt=\"Castillo del cardenal\"\n              \/>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"accordion__accordion-content inactive\">\n            <div>\n              <div>\n                <h4>Edificio de Jos\u00e9 Carrera<\/h4>\n                <p>\n                  The Jos\u00e9 Carrera Building was built in 1924, reflecting the typical Indian\n                  architecture brought by the emigrants back to Galicia. It presents an eclectic\n                  style, divided into a central body and two wings. This distribution is due to the\n                  fact that, at first, the building housed the Practical School of Arts and Crafts.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                  The facade that we see today is not the original, since this is the result of the\n                  last remodeling of 1967 and currently houses the City Council of Corcubion and\n                  other dependencies.\n                <\/p>\n              <\/div>\n              <img decoding=\"async\"\n                loading=\"lazy\"\n                src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pilgrim.es\/web\/caminos\/camino-fisterra-muxia\/pueblos\/corcubion\/puntos-de-interes\/edificio-de-jose-carrera.jpg\"\n                alt=\"Edificio de Jos\u00e9 Carrera\"\n              \/>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"accordion__accordion-content inactive\">\n            <div>\n              <div>\n                <h4>Faro de Cabo de Cee<\/h4>\n                <p>\n                  The Lighthouse of Cabo de Cee was built thanks to the Lighthouse Commission, which\n                  in 1847 determined the importance of installing lighting that would favor the\n                  arrival of ships to the estuary of Corcubion.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                  In this sense, it came into operation initially in the year 1860 and after a\n                  hiatus, again in 1934.\n                <\/p>\n              <\/div>\n              <img decoding=\"async\"\n                loading=\"lazy\"\n                src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pilgrim.es\/web\/caminos\/camino-fisterra-muxia\/pueblos\/corcubion\/puntos-de-interes\/faro-de-cabo-de-cee.jpg\"\n                alt=\"Faro de Cabo de Cee\"\n              \/>\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"accordion__accordion-content inactive\">\n            <div>\n              <div>\n                <h4>Iglesia de San Marcos<\/h4>\n                <p>\n                  The Church of San Marcos was begun in the 14th century and can be framed mostly\n                  within the Gothic style. However, it also has Romanesque (main chapel and\n                  corbels), neo-Gothic (facade) and Baroque (transept) features. Later, in the 18th\n                  century, two chapels were added to the main building, the chapels of Socorro and\n                  Carmen.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                  At the same time, the church underwent several modifications and rebuildings. In\n                  this regard, the attack of the French troops caused a devastating fire that razed\n                  the inside of the building. Located in an idyllic\n                  setting, it stands out for the simplicity of its facade, which has a pentagonal\n                  outline and semicircular arch.\n                <\/p>\n\n                <p>\n                  It has a Romanesque style and consists of a main nave and two chapels, both\n                  rectangular and gabled tile roof. Thanks to him we will be able to observe the\n                  set of bourgeois buildings of this villa.
