The water falls from a total of 40 meters high. However, the slope of the Xallas River in its final course rises to a height of 155 meters above the sea. It is considered one of the largest in the Galician community and is located at a height of 318 meters, in what is called a &#8220;chaira&#8221; and formed by a conglomerate of pasture meadows.
