It is a three-story house where it stands out, in the lower part, a porch with a single arch. Today this property belongs to Mexican descendants.\n\n<p>At present this mansion has acquired the name of the Ur\u00eda-Aza brothers, born in Ribadesella. As for its structure, it is shaped like a small house all built with stone and covered by a gable roof. It is characterized by having a primitive building very similar to that of the Sanctuary of Santa Mar\u00eda de Junco and has a single nave and a semicircular apse. It is necessary to emphasize that of its origin the window of the apse with capitals decorated with birds confronted and some decorated corbels is conserved.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pilgrim.es\/web\/caminos\/camino-norte\/pueblos\/ribadesella\/puntos-de-interes\/iglesia-de-san-esteban-de-leces.jpg\" alt=\"Iglesia de San Esteban de Leces\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion__accordion-content inactive\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Iglesia de Santa Mari\u0301a de Junco<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Church of Santa Maria de Junco is a temple of Romanesque origin dating from the thirteenth century, although it was destroyed during the Civil War and was finally restored in 1984. This temple has a single rectangular nave with semicircular apse that has a small window and on the main facade highlights the coat of arms of the Junco family. Remains of the decoration are preserved in the apse of the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pilgrim.es\/web\/caminos\/camino-norte\/pueblos\/ribadesella\/puntos-de-interes\/iglesia-de-santa-maria-de-junco.jpg\" alt=\"Iglesia de Santa Mari\u0301a de Junco\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion__accordion-content inactive\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>Iglesia de Santa Mari\u0301a Magdalena<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The parish church of Santa Mar\u00eda Magdalena was begun in 1924 on the Romanesque remains of a previous one. However, it was destroyed in 1936, so it had to be rebuilt. <\/p>\n\n<p>It is a temple that houses a grandiose dome over the transept and inside houses the altarpiece carved in stone by the sculptor Emilio del Valle. Above the dome of the transept are the mural paintings that give prestige to the temple made by Bernardo, Antonio and Celestino Ur\u00eda-Aza.\n\n<p>Therefore, this church in the town of Ribadesella, treasures in its interior a spectacular contemporary work of three artists worthy of admiration. It has a square floor plan and has three floors.
