To get there from Madrid, the ideal is to go to Santander by the AP-1 freeway and before entering the city take the A-8 to the village.\n\n<p>It is also possible to reach the village by public transport thanks to the railway lines that connect Santander and Oviedo with Colombres. It is characterized by being composed of fine white sand which can be accessed by a wooden walkway.
