Request for refund of reservation due to impact of COVID-19
If you wish to request the full cancellation of your reservation, you must request it through the following form. Due to the exceptional situation and the constant changes in the steps taken by the Government we are not able to guarantee that this cancellation can be done without a penalization as we will be applying the general cancellation policies and the special conditions determined in each case. Once we have received the your inquiry, we will check your case in detail and we will proceed to confirm the cancellation policies in maximum 30 calendar days.
